TOKYO VICE is inspired by American journalist Jake Adelstein’s (Ansel Elgort) firsthand account as he descends into the neon-soaked underbelly of Tokyo as a crime reporter embedded with the Tokyo Metro PD alongside Detective Hiroto Katagiri (Ken Watanabe).
